Scope
These terms apply to the use of the Maya Apps website. The website provides information about Maya Apps and products at different stages of development. Merely visiting the website does not create a contract for an app or service.
Product information and development status
Products marked as “coming soon”, “in development” or “pre-launch” are not yet publicly available. Descriptions, images, functions, platforms and planned dates may change before release. No entitlement to release at a particular time arises.
Apps and stores
A subsequently released app is governed by the terms provided when it is acquired or used, together with mandatory consumer rights. Information in the relevant app store concerning price, system requirements, purchases, refunds and availability is authoritative.
Rights in content and third-party files
Texts, design, logos, graphics and other original website content may not be reproduced or distributed without consent except where permitted by law. Third-party marks and content remain with their respective rights holders. Users of audio apps are responsible for using NAM profiles, impulse responses, audio and other files only within the scope of the applicable rights and licences.
Availability and external links
We aim to provide a reliable and current website but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. External links lead to third-party services whose content and data processing we do not control. Those services are governed by the respective provider's terms.
Liability
The statutory liability rules apply. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory liability, in particular for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or liability under the German Product Liability Act.
